Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Web Design & Development Services
- Non-Delivery: Service paid for but not initiated or delivered.
- Incomplete Work: Project milestones or deliverables not met as per the signed agreement.
- Duplicate Billing: Accidental double charges for the same service.
- Web Security & Desktop Support Services
- Service Failure: Services fail to perform as promised (e.g., malware threats not mitigated), provided the client followed all recommended setup instructions.
- Non-Delivery: Service purchased but never provided.
- Duplicate Billing: Accidental multiple charges.
- Trial or Promotional Services
- Services offered as trials or introductory promotions are eligible for a full refund if cancelled within the trial period.
Non-Eligible Scenarios:
- Dissatisfaction due to user error or failure to follow provided instructions.
- Changes in client’s IT environment that prevent service functionality.
- Services already fully delivered and accepted by the client.

To request a refund, clients must:

- Invoice or payment receipt number

- Reason for refund request
- Cooperate with any troubleshooting or verification steps requested by our technical team.
Refunds will be reviewed, and Web Pro Solutions LLC reserves the right to approve or deny refunds based on service delivery logs and client compliance with instructions.
- Refund Timeframe
- Refund requests are processed within 5–10 business days from the date of submission.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, the refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
- For partially completed services, refunds are prorated based on the percentage of work completed or service used.
- Chargeback Policy
- Clients are encouraged to contact Web Pro Solutions LLC before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card issuer.
- Unilateral chargebacks may result in:
- Suspension or termination of services
- Denial of future service requests
- Disputed chargebacks will require verification of service logs, agreements, and client communications.
